Over the course of my career, I've worked at C-suite and senior leadership team level, leading multidisciplinary teams of more than 50 people through periods of growth, transformation and change.

Those experiences taught me that leadership extends beyond individual functions – it's about creating alignment, building trust, empowering people and bringing diverse teams together behind a shared vision.

Alongside this, as an England Cricket Board certified coach working within elite county pathways, I've developed a deeper understanding of individual performance – how people think, what motivates them, how they respond under pressure, and what they need to grow.

Together, these experiences have shaped a leadership style that combines commercial rigour with a people-first mindset. I believe sustained high performance comes from creating environments where individuals can thrive, teams collaborate effectively, and organisations are united around meaningful change.
